Our vacation rentals offer the comfort and convenience of a home away from home. Many feature fully equipped kitchens, complimentary Wi-Fi, and convenient locations near Waikiki's most popular attractions. Each property has its own unique features, furnishings, views, and sleeping arrangements.
We want your stay to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, so here are a few helpful things to know before you arrive.
Easy & Convenient Digital Check-In
Skip the front desk and get straight to enjoying your vacation! We offer a simple digital check-in experience.
Before arrival, you'll receive a secure Boarding Pass link with everything you need for your stay. Just click the link, complete your guest registration and security deposit authorization, and you'll receive your check-in instructions, access codes, and other helpful information.
Please complete your digital check-in before arrival, as all check-ins are handled online and there is no in-person check-in desk.
$200 Refundable Security Deposit Hold
To help keep our vacation homes comfortable and well-maintained for everyone, a $200 refundable security deposit authorization is required for each reservation.
This is a temporary hold, not an upfront charge, and is completed securely through your Boarding Pass. Provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning charges, or other applicable incidentals, the hold will be released according to your payment provider's processing schedule.
Parking Information – 6-Foot Height Limit
Planning to rent a car? Please keep this helpful tip in mind!
For accommodations with parking at the Waikiki Banyan, the covered parking garage has a maximum vehicle height of 6 feet (72 inches).
Most standard cars and many smaller SUVs fit comfortably, but larger SUVs, trucks, and passenger vans may be too tall. We recommend checking your rental vehicle's height before picking it up.
If your vehicle exceeds the height limit, alternative parking will need to be arranged at your own expense. Parking availability and inclusions vary by property.
Pool & Building Amenities
Some of our properties offer wonderful shared amenities, which may include swimming pools, hot tubs, recreation areas, barbecue grills, saunas, and playgrounds.
These facilities are managed by the building associations and are available according to building schedules and policies. Occasionally, amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, renovations, or unexpected repairs.
While Koko Resorts does not control the operation or availability of these shared facilities, we appreciate your understanding and hope you'll enjoy everything available during your visit.
