Guests make their way through the village alongside a friendly and knowledgeable guide who is on hand to answer questions and offer up insight into the lives of those who would have lived here. Artifacts, clothing, and furniture to browse and admire from this time period are on display as well, making this an intimate look at the daily lives of those that called plantations home.

Planning a Visit to the Hawaii Plantation in Hawaii 

Hawaii’s Plantation Village is located at 94-695 Waipahu Street in Waipahu and is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. Guided tours are available in both English and Japanese upon request and due to high popularity, it’s recommended that visitors make tour reservation in advance. General admission begins at $15 per person with children between the ages of 4 and 11 entering the village for $6.
