We loved every minute of our stay here. It is a well laid out home with many things for families to do. We definitely would stay here again. All the comforts of home. Just so fun!!!

Overall everything was really excellent. The house was perfect in layout and took good care of us. There were several small issues, more than I’ve ever had at a stay, that needed to be addressed such as we ran out of kitchen trash bags, one of the main pendant lights in the kitchen didn’t work, there was a huge hole in the ceiling near the garage, there were garbage cans missing, there weren’t batteries in the kitchen trash can lid, etc. Overall the management handled everything well but as someone who regularly does events like this it was much more of those kinds of problems than usual. I would stay at this location again, though.

Such a great location. This is actually my second time staying in this house. It has everything you need for a stay and plenty of places to hang out and gather, or spread out if you need alone time. The house is beautiful and I seriously want to get the sectional for my own house. Soooo comfortable! Kitchen was so well-stocked and we just had a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

Comfortable. Extra parking across the street. Clean. Professionally maintained. Private. Stocked kitchen. Felt very safe. I don’t know what else to say but this was a great place, especially for the price. I liked it so much that I actually started looking at places in the community to buy and use as my own VRBO.

We are a family of 9 and there was more than and enough space and accommodations for us. Beds we comfortable and the location was great….we loved the private jacuzzi as well. Kids were asking to stay again next year.

The accommodations were excellent. We had a great time and enjoyed the complex. The layout worked well for our family, the beds were really comfortable and our family ping pong tournament was competitive. Our only concern was the lack of garbage bags in the kitchen. Overall, it was outstanding and the home couldn’t have been better.

We were there with four families for a soccer tournament. The home had great space and amenities to make our stay great. It also had great (fun) amenities for the kids, the e-bikes, ping-pong, balls, Washington Rec Center tickets, etc. We had a great time!

Great layout, great set up. They thought of everything for this place. Kids were in heaven between the VR, TVs, personal hot tub. Thats not even to mention the garage set up. We spent a lot of time in the garage. Can’t wait to go back.

Had a lovely time at Coral Ridge 4182. This is the second time renting this condo and enjoyed each stay. Condo was clean and well cared for.

This home in Zions Village is amazing! With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, we had plenty of space and privacy for our entire group staying here. All of the furniture and beds are brand new and the mattresses on the beds were super comfortable. The multiple decks were great and provided amazing views! The Pool, lazy River, hot tubs, and slides at the community center are Incredible! Our kiddos loved hanging out there and had a blast! There is a private pool and a big back yard with this home that puts this place over the top! We will for sure be back to stay here again for our next St. George vacation! Thank you!
Amazing Condo for a Family Getaway

This condo was amazing for our family. It was very well maintained, stocked with fun activities for the family, and in a perfect location. We were literally minutes away from everything we wanted to do, but secluded enough to have a peaceful environment when we just wanted to relax at the condo.

The property was extremely well stocked with linens, cookware, etc. It had everything as advertised and worked great for our 3 week stay. Our only suggestion would be some type of storage (dresser) in the master bedroom so you could unpack your suitcase. Red Sands handled all our needs perfectly. Would definitely rent again should we visit the area!

The house was perfect and your service was as well. I do think small things like tissue boxes, and more towels, and better coffee makers, and coffee grinders and maybe even more mugs. We had 13 people drinking coffee and only 12 mugs???

Wonderful home that we hope to rent again. A few maintenance notes for the owner. The seal at the bottom of the left kitchen sink is leaking – when we filled the sink, it leaked into the cabinet. The metal sleeves surrounding the island chair hinges are loose and dropped onto the floor several times. Finally l, we were not able to get the arcade game to work. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. He’s a minor niche that I would want to know as an owner but they in no way is your address wonderful experience this weekend. Thank you.
Amazing family getaway

Our family of 16 stayed in Paradise Village 96. Everyone had their own space, yet we could all be together in the kitchen-family room area easily. It was the perfect configuration for our family. The pool and hot tub outside were a huge bonus. The kids just wanted to stay there the whole time and it was hard to get them to want to do anything else. They all want to go back to this very home next year for our family trip. The property management was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions as well. We will be back.

We stay at allot of VRBO these guys are on top of it. Amazing communication from booking to departure. Very friendly staff. Unit had everything we needed we cook allot during our stay and unit was very well stocked pots pans etc. We definitely will be staying in this unit again.

My family had such an amazing time! My kids were so entertained at the home wer” honestly could have spent our entire 4 days just staying at the house. The hot tub and swim spa were huge hits. My kids enjoyed beating my wife and I at the basketball throwing game and ping pong. We can’t wait to come back. My boys asked we make it a tradition.

We had a great stay in this home. So much to do even when it rained. We enjoyed watching the Rose Bowl (sorry our Utes didn’t win) We had lots of family time and enjoyed all the amenities. We love all the space and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Can’t wait to go back.
