Aloha and Welcome to Koko Resorts! We are so happy you have decided to stay with us!
This 35th floor condo has sweeping views of the ocean and the city of Honolulu and is only a few short blocks from the world-famous Waikiki Beach! This condo comes with a full kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, rice-maker, coffee pot, and any other utensils you may need to have an at home cooking experience on vacation! This kitchen is complete with a dining table and chairs for you and your family to enjoy! The spacious living room has a pull-out couch, love seat, A/C unit, and a mounted TV so you can sit back and relax. The lanai also has chairs and a table for you to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the surfers' hit the waves!
The bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and a great view from the window. The bedroom can be made private with the sliding partition doors or left open for an airier feel. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a spacious countertop, storage, and a powerful detachable showerhead to wash away the long day after beaching and exploring!
Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. We provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor, soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground.
